- Recent Graduates: You might be a recent graduate therapist looking for a supportive environment with a structured mentoring program in which to start your career – this is a huge leap and we would love to help you make the transition as smooth as possible, as we have for others, with our comprehensive New Grad Mentoring Package.
- Early Career Private Practice Physio: Or perhaps you’ve been out a few years but still early in your career and looking for a new role to challenge you with excellent support to consolidate your skills? We can tailor a mentoring package to suit your level of experience.
- Transitioning to PP: Or you might be working the hospital system and deciding it’s time to dip your toes in the primary practitioner space as a private practitioner.

- Established Private Practice Physio: You’ve been in the game for a good while now and are proficient in managing a caseload, clinical reasoning, effective communication of your client management plans, nurturing relationships with referrers and patients alike, and successfully helping your clients navigate an ideal patient journey and achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Experienced / Advanced Physios: Or rather you might be a more experienced therapist wanting to join forces in a collaborative, collegial and dynamic workplace where we can combine our efforts – together we can do more. You might have reached a point where you are keen to play a role in supporting a younger therapist? Or are you at a time in your career where you would like to hone in on one of your niche special interest areas?
Who are we, and what do we do?
We are a small committed team providing a premium and personalised private practice MSK physiotherapy service; we thrive on meeting each individual client where they are at, nurturing them through their own unique health journey, and on to where they want to be. We are also ever conscious of achieving and supporting each other towards our own goals and desires, and like to have a lot of fun along the way!
We love what we do, knuckling down and working hard when we’re working, but we are equally serious about living the good life outside of work. We acutely understand that living a balanced lifestyle and keeping ourselves in a good place personally, is vital when it comes to us being able to optimally care for others. So as well as being clinicians, supportive colleagues, coaches, mentors, and influencers; we are also beach goers, dedicated family members, runners, surfers, musicians, sport and travel enthusiasts, and gym junkies.
The practicals:
- Two sites: fully serviced and spacious consulting suites within Ocean Grove Allied Health clinic (260 Thacker St), as well as the large fully equipped gym, consulting suite and reformer pilates room at SCY247 (22 Sinclair St)
- 1:1 individual consults and small group rehab sessions including GLA:D and our Clinical Exercise Groups (CEG).
- Functional strength coaching (KLT)
- Well established relationships with local GP practices, sporting clubs, and WOM referrals from happy clients bring a steady supply of quality referrals
- Varied and satisfying caseload; mostly active, motivated, community minded, and a genuine pleasure to treat.

Working with a good human; someone who is friendly, genuine and positive; someone with a determined natural tendency to go ‘above and beyond’ for their patients to ensure outcomes are achieved, but also knows how to set their boundaries and prioritise their own health. Someone who is a team player (hungry, humble and smart), who is professional when consulting, as well as enjoying some casual banter between consults. Someone who is organised and enthusiastic in their clinical work, and is keen to build their own strong reputation and brand within the community by forging and nurturing wonderful relationships with clients, professional networks and colleagues alike.
